We provide ongoing support to all of our free solar PV customers and we remotely monitor your solar panels so we are aware of any problems.
Your solar panels were installed by Street Energy but the roof lease agreement is in the name of our subsidiary S.E. Solar (1) Limited.
We have appointed Anesco Limited to provide operation & maintenance support for our free solar PV systems and if you experience any problems you should contact Anesco direct on 01189 702525
As part of their services Anesco also have an in-house legal team who will be able to answer any queries that may arise if you are selling or remortaging your home. The Anesco legal team can be contacted on 01189 702512
